Monster Bites by Jodie Fitz
3 oz. vanilla yogurt
2 ½ – 3 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Green food coloring
Whisk the vanilla yogurt, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla extract and food coloring together. Note: Simply add as many drops of coloring that will give you the desired color you’d like your monsters.
Break approximately 4 cups of pretzels sticks and stir the pretzel pieces into the yogurt mixture.
Using a spoon, scoop mini mounds of yogurt covered pretzels onto a baking sheet covered with waxed paper.
Add candy eyes.
Pope your monster bites into the refrigerator and let them set for an hour before serving.
Note: Candy eyes can be purchased in the baking aisle at Price Chopper and Market 32 super markets.
