Easy Cool Down Blueberry Freeze Pops with Zoku Product Giveaway

Blueberry Freeze Pops for Summer

Annabelle joined me at the Price Chopper Kids Cooking Club to make this deliciously easy blueberry Freeze Pop combo that’s total YUM! And, then my friends from SaratogaMama.com joined me to test this recipe in our Zoku Pop maker to share with their readers & it was total FUN!

This recipe is full of surprises and a great way to add in extra fruits and veggies that they will NOT taste, but will enjoy on a hot summer’s day. Make sure to watch Annabelle helping to make these cool down treats and then grab all of the ingredients & steps to give it a try.

Summer Freeze Pops with a Twist by Jodie Fitz

3 cups Price Chopper fresh baby leaf spinach

2 cups Price Chopper fresh frozen blueberries, no sugar added

1 cup POM pomegranate blueberry juice

¼ cup Price Chopper honey

1 teaspoon raspberry extract

1 teaspoon Price Chopper vanilla extract

Blend the baby leaf spinach, fresh frozen blueberries, pomegranate blueberry juice, honey, raspberry & vanilla extract together in a blender until all of the ingredients are fully blended into a slushy liquid state.

Fill 5 oz. Price Chopper coated paper cups, approximately three-quarters full, with the blended mixture. Place them on a flat surface in the freezer for one hour. Insert wooden craft sticks to the center of each Popsicle and return to the freezer for an additional two hours before serving.

To serve, simply clip the exposed portion of the cup with a pair of clean kitchen shears and peel the rest of the cup away.

STOP the DRIP: If you want to stop & catch the drip on a hot day, here’s a tip! Simply take a foil cupcake wrapper & cut a small slit in the bottom. Slide it up the stick before serving to catch the drip.

Craft Sticks: Wooden craft sticks can be found in the school supply aisle at your local Price Chopper or Market 32 stores.

I’m SO EXCITED! Last year Zoku sent me some products to try out & my youngest & I have fallen in LOVE with them. Why? They are a TON of fun, perfect for summer days & so easy to use.
