A soft-serve alternative…
16 oz. Greek vanilla yogurt
½ cup Price Chopper peanut butter, reduced fat
¼ cup Price Chopper honey
2 tablespoons Price Chopper cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Price Chopper vanilla extract
Evenly distribute the Greek vanilla yogurt into an ice cube tray and let it freeze over night.
Place the frozen yogurt cubes, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder and vanilla extract into a food processor and let it blend thoroughly until it’s in a soft-serve state. Serve & enjoy!
Note: You can pre-freeze the yogurt to have several trays prepared and ready for the warmer weather. However, you will want to wrap them with waxed paper and then slide the tray into a large Price Chopper Snap and Seal freezer bag to keep it fresh for using as needed.[googleplusauthor]
