Fall Tie Dye Smoothie
Oh…I don’t know? I call this my Fall Tie Dye Smoothie Recipe, but I have to be honest….I may call it my everyday Tie Dye Smoothie Recipe.
This is so yummy!
First I made my homemade chocolate syrup made with honey. Then I stirred up my pumpkin peanut butter puree. Whipped up my favorite vanilla smoothie recipe. Drizzled my syrup and puree deliciousness down the sides of my glass mason jars and then added that blended vanilla sweetness and well…
It just doesn’t get better than this guys. If you love smoothies, you are going to love this tie dye combo.
I am in LOVE.
I love to serve these fun smoothies in mason jars. If found these fun tops to add that has a perfect whole for a straw that allows me to take these on the run with me. And, topped off this smoothie with one of my infamous paper straws. I keep paper straws on my counter in a glass straw holder that I change for the seasons. Yes, I am a self proclaimed paper straw geek.
Here’s the printable recipe; enjoy!

- 1 ½ cups milk, low fat
- 6 oz. vanilla yogurt, low fat
- 1 banana
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 100%
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Instructions
Stir the cocoa powder together with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small bowl. Set the mixture aside.
Stir the pumpkin puree together with the peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small bowl. Add in 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk. Set the mixture aside.
Put the ice, 1 1/2 cups of milk, banana, yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract into a blender and blend.
Slowly pour some of the two purees, alternating colors around your glass; it will drizzle down. Add the banana smoothie & serve.
NOTE: Depending on your glass size, this will make 2 to 4 smoothies.
