I am not complaining about the hot summer days; not one bit! I relish these high temps because this season is so short. There are many things that I love about summer including a whole new list of recipes to enjoy.

Freshly squeezed homemade frozen lemonade is one of those ‘go to’ summer recipes. It’s a delicious recipe to serve on any hot summer day and fantastic for entertaining!
- 4 cups of ice
- 2 lemons, fresh
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup honey
- Cut the lemons in half to create four halves.
- Squeeze the lemon juice from the lemons.
- Add the ice, water, extracts and honey together with the fresh lemon juice in a blender and blend.
