Homemade Peach Bread Recipe

Homemade peach bread is a delicious way to celebrate peach season!

This recipe is not only easy, it’s delicious to bake.  I like to make mine in an 8 x 8 glass baking dish.  When it’s done baking and has cooled completely, I slice the entire pan in half and then into thin slices.

This bread is perfect for breakfast, it can be served as a part of lunch or makes a delicious after school snack.  While it’s delicious all on its own, it can be turned into a sandwich alternative lunchbox pack.  Peach bread is great for non sandwich eaters or simply to mix things up a bit in even the sandwich eaters lunchbox!  I had a non sandwich eater and we had to get creative during our lunchbox packing years.  Breads and muffins were part of our packing solutions and they allowed me to prep on the weekend and make the weekdays a little bit easier.

When I’m using breads like this recipe to make a sandwich, I love to use more fresh fruit in the mix vs. jams.  Take a peek below the recipe to see how to turn Peach Bread into a delicious peach sandwich.
