Celebrating Friendship with Snow-Capped Martini Recipe

snow capped martini

snow capped martini  I am saying CHEERS to a New Year and celebrating friendship and new beginnings with my Snow-Capped Martini Recipe.

It’s been a very busy holiday season and I did something I haven’t done in over 5 years; I put everything on pause for the holiday and focused on my husband, children and company this past week.  I unplugged, I didn’t post, I stayed away from social media with the exception of a few fun instagram pics I wanted to capture and share.

And, although I feel exhausted from the hustle & bustle of the schedule on one hand, I feel refreshed and renewed on another.  I am reminded that it’s good to pause and switch the schedule once in awhile; isn’t it silly how we forget the simplest of things in our hectic lives?

Our company leaves today after a week of good conversation, great memories & new experiences.  I am excited to ring in the New Year with my family and can’t wait to see the adventures that 2015 holds.  I am wishing you many blessings for the New Year….

Snow-Capped Martinis by Jodie Fitz

1 cup ice
1 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Confectioner’s Sugar
2 oz. marshmallow flavored Vodka
3 oz. White Chocolate Godiva Liqueur

Add all of the ingredients into a drink shaker & shake. If you don’t have a drink mixer simply use the blender for a little icy fun.

Note: Add a little snow to the rim by dipping the rim of the glass into water & then into granulated sugar before filling the glass with the Snow-Capped Martini.
