We have been H-U-G-E smoothie drinkers over the years; they’re great for busy breakfast mornings or after school snacks! In fact, my youngest would drink the Choco Monkey Smoothie three times a day, seven days a week if I’d let her; it is without doubt one of her personal favorites.

Choco-Monkey by Jodie Fitz
1 cup low fat milk (or rice milk, or almond milk)
2 cups ice
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (or WOWButter if you have any nut allergies)
Peel and add the banana, milk, ice, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, honey and peanut butter into the blender and mix thoroughly.
