This seven layered dip is my family’s favorite game day food. It’s perfect for any super bowl menu. It’s easy to make and a crowd pleaser.
Taco Tower Seven Layered Dip
Looking for some Game Day recipes to try? Check out my very own, forever team’s ultimate favorite; A.K.A the fam! It’s Taco Tower with seven layers. The dip layers are both nutritious and delicious. How do you make it?
Layer 1 = Refried Beans (16 oz. can). Simply spread it onto your serving plate.
Layer 2 = Guacamole (see my recipe below). Mix an mash my guac and spread it on top of the refried beans.
Layer 3 = Seasoned sour cream (see below). Fold the 16 oz. of sour cream together with 1 package of taco seasoning. Spread the sour cream on top of the guacamole.
Layer 4 = Chopped sweet Vidalia onions or scallions, whichever you like best! Layer the hand chopped onions, a thin layer, on top of the sour cream.
Layer 5 = Chopped black, pitted olives (14. 5 oz. can). Drain the olives, hand chop them and add them on top of the onions.
Layer 6 = Chopped, fresh grape tomatoes. Hand chop the grape tomatoes and spread them on top of the olives.
Layer 7 = Shredded sharp cheddar cheese (10 oz.). Sprinkle the sharp cheese on top and over the sides of this layered dip.
Now what? Grab your FAVORITE tortilla chips, scoop and enjoy.
Here’s my guacamole recipe for this seven layered dip to mash, mix and spread.

Once you've cut around the entire avocado, twist it and separate the two sides.
Remove the pit.
Scoop out the ripe avocado and mash it up.

Chop the fresh cilantro, you can simply cut it with a knife or use specific herb cutters.
