S’mores Martini Recipe
Welcome to S’mores Martini time! You will definitely want some more (wink, wink).
One of my favorite things about summer entertaining is that it’s when we pull out our fire pit, set it up on the back patio and start to enjoy regular fires with family and friends. When I think about it, I realize that it’s probably one of the few times I actually sit and fully relax. It’s the whole setting…the soft music we often have playing…the only light is that of the fire & our little spot in the country is perfect for star gazing …the ambiance is even better when the moon is full.
I always keep a basket filled with S’more supplies to pull out for the crew. Everyone always says the presentation is so pretty & I always laugh…I think of it more as an organizational tool rather than about the presentation. It’s so easy to keep the basket in the pantry filled (unless kids have raided it) with goodies for guests.
It’s that time of year that I love to serve S’more Martinis to our (adult) friends around the fire. Here’s my recipe:
S'mores Martini Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk (yes you can use regular)
- 3 oz. marshmallow flavored vodka
- 2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
Pour the almond milk, marshmallow vodka, chocolate liqueur and chocolate syrup into a drink shaker with the ice.
Shake & serve.
Graham Cracker Rimmed Glasses: Simply put one graham cracker into a mini chopper (or food processor) and crush it! Wet the rim of the glass with a bit of water (I wipe it on with a wet paper towel) and dip the wet rim into the crushed graham crackers. You can use your favorite brand, but I LOVE the gluten free S’morables by KinniKinnick.
