There’s nothing like a soft-serve treat in the summer! And, even better, there’s nothing like a quick & easy recipe with very little mess! This week we are making a Strawberry Soft Serve using the Greek Vanilla Yogurt right in the food processor in less than 15 minutes for this hungry crew. It’s a deliciously easy treat and the left-overs never go to waste.
Strawberry Soft Serve Fun by Jodie Fitz
32 oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt (no fat)
16 oz. Frozen Strawberries (fresh, no sugar added)
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add the Greek vanilla yogurt, frozen strawberries, honey and vanilla extract into a food processor, turn it on & let it swirl. Once everything is blended, simply scoop it up and serve…it’s one of my favorite summer treats!
What do you do with the left-overs? Freeze them up into popsicles!
We scoop our left-overs into the Tovolo freeze pop molds and freeze them up for another cold treat. If found mine at Marshall’s for $7.99, but you can also find them online to order. My youngest loves these new pop molds!

This looks so refreshing! My kids would love it!
I hope they loved it! One of our favorites & sometimes I make it all for myself in a smaller amount when everyone’s in bed = mommy treat too!
Do you notice the taste as much with this? I am not at all a fan of greek yogurt but it’s SO GOOD FOR YOU I would love a way around the weird taste 🙂
I personally don’t, but I have found with my kids that the Dannon Greek Vanilla is the best for them as far as avoiding taste aversions :)!
Yum! This is my recipe for berry smoothies minus the milk! I will try this! The molds are fab! I will keep an eye out for them.
LOVE these molds – you can order them online at Amazon if you don’t have a Home Goods or Marshall’s where you are! 🙂 ~ Jodie
